Japanese indie developer Asakusa Studios has shared a trailer for HYAKKI CASTLE, a classic-style dungeon crawling RPG set in 18th century Japan that has evolved the genre with a new “2 Party system”.

This new feature allows the player to split the party into two separate groups, effectively splitting the screen and allowing control of two groups.  This can be used to gain the upper hand in combat through flanking and even in more complex puzzles.

It is planned to launch next month on November 15th for PC via Steam.
