As Phil Spencer announced at E3 earlier this year, Microsoft is planning to enter the game streaming business.  Those plans are starting to come to fruition today with the announcement of Project xCloud, a currently in testing service which will allow you to stream and play Xbox One/Win 10 games to mobile phones and tablets which are Bluetooth linked to an Xbox One controller.

Public testing will be arriving sometime in 2019 and they have 54 different region data centers going live to provide the service in 140 countries.
